- You have been directed by your family doctor or other health care professional; OR
- If you are unable to safely monitor your symptoms at home; OR
- If you are at risk of severe illness, including:
- You are immunocompromised
- Unvaccinated and over 60
- Unvaccinated First Nations, Inuit, and Metis individuals over 50
- Unvaccinated individuals over 50 with one or more of the following risk factors, such as; obesity (BMI >=30), dialysis or stage 5 kidney disease (eGFR <15mL/min/1.73 m2), diabetes, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability of any severity, sickle cell disease, receiving active cancer treatment, solid organ or stem cell transplant recipients.

Not all clinics can accommodate assessments of infants. Information about whether a particular clinic accepts infants or not will be available during your booking process.
- Are you fully vaccinated? - You will need to isolate at home for 5 days or until symptoms improve for 24 hours (48 hours for vomiting/diarrhea), whichever is longer. You are allowed to break isolation for medical appointments.
- Are you single vaccinated or immunocompromised? - You will need to isolate at home for 10 days or until symptoms improve for 24 hours (48 hours for vomiting/diarrhea), whichever is longer. You are allowed to break isolation for medical appointments.
